Overview
OmniMod is designed to help software teams moderate user-generated content while keeping customer data handling conservative. OmniMod is owned and operated by The Kavach LLC. This page summarizes the privacy posture for the MVP product.
Information We Process
OmniMod may process account identity details from Microsoft Entra External ID, organization metadata, API key metadata, billing state, usage counters, moderation decisions, analyzer scores, request IDs, and customer-supplied request metadata.
Moderation Content
The moderation API stores normalized content hashes, moderation metadata, scores, decisions, and audit context by default. Raw API keys are never stored, and raw moderated text is not logged or persisted by default.
Service Providers
OmniMod uses Microsoft Entra External ID for customer authentication, Stripe for billing, Azure infrastructure for hosting and operations, and moderation providers where configured for supported modalities.
Security
API keys are hashed at rest, customer-owned records are scoped by organization, admin actions are audited, and production secrets are intended to live in a managed secret store rather than source control.
