What to Include

For API or moderation issues, approved beta customers should include the request ID, approximate timestamp, environment, endpoint, and whether the issue affects authentication, quota, policy selection, provider behavior, billing, or dashboard access.

Security-sensitive Issues

Do not include raw API keys, passwords, payment details, or raw customer content in support messages. Rotate exposed API keys from the dashboard immediately.
